How do I transfer customer account balances?

Go to Utility Billing > Customer Accounts

  1. Click Customers tab
  2. Click to highlight customer with the Balance.
  3. Double-click on the Balance.
  1. Click Transfer Balance
  1. Select Account to transfer the balance to.
  2. Enter transfer Date or desired date
  3. Select Bill Type Adjustments
  4. Check Confirm
  5. Click Write

The balance will then clear out of the original account.

The balance will then be visible in the transferred to account.
