How do I print notices?

Notices are printed as a separate step to facilitate re-printing any notice from any posting date for any customer.

Review Notice Language

Go to Utility Billing > Customer Accounts

  1. Click Manage Customer Balances
  1. Click Notices

 

  1. Find and review the owner copy and the customer copy. BIAS prints a separate copy for the owner and tenant.
  2. Select Sheet format for 3 per page and full page notices. Select Postcard format for standard postcard bill formatting. This does not allow for alternate default language.
  3. Click Edit and modify Notice message.
