How do I link a PO to my invoice when making a payment?

Go to:  Transactions > Accounts Payable

  1. Click Add New
  2. Enter vendor number in To, or double click to select from a list
  3. Enter Date Received and Due
  4. Enter total Amount
  5. Enter Memo indicating what PO is for.
  6. Double-Click in the PO # field to see approved POs for this vendor.
  1. Highlight desired PO and click Select to view transaction details  
  1. The BARS Distributions will automatically populate and the PO can now be closed.
  2. Click Save & Close to finish and the highlighted PO will remove itself from the list of Open POs
