How do I transfer customer account balances?
Go to Utility Billing > Customer Accounts
- Click Customers tab
- Click to highlight customer with the Balance.
- Double-click on the Balance.
- Click Transfer Balance
- Select Account to transfer the balance to.
- Enter transfer Date or desired date
- Select Bill Type Adjustments
- Check Confirm
- Click Write
The balance will then clear out of the original account.
The balance will then be visible in the transferred to account.
